We want you to be happy with every order. Here's everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Some products ship directly from our brand partners, which may result in slightly different delivery times. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During peak seasons (turkey season, deer season, holidays), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We'll always do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to check the status of your shipment directly with the carrier. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us and we'll look into it.


Returns

Not happy with your order? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at ctpmarketingllc@gmail.com or call (740) 844-3146 with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address. Some of our products ship directly from our brand partners, so the return address may differ from where your order originated — we'll let you know exactly where to send it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and that we don't run out of the item you want while the return is in transit.
