Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to photography, lighting, and screen display differences. Handcrafted products, such as game calls, may have natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish that make each piece unique.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or a third-party fulfillment partner. In these cases, shipping times may vary. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, contact us at ctpmarketingllc@gmail.com or call (740) 844-3146. We will provide return instructions and process your refund within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective or damaged item and include a photo of the issue.
